I hope everyone had a great weekend, because I know that I did!! Friday night was a blast, and I managed to find food that fell into the diet plan. Yesterday, I spent most of the day at the laundry mat, washing blankets and clothes that needed given away, etc. It felt so good to get caught up on everything so that we could start fresh and go to bed with clean, fresh smelling clothes!!! Today, I just walked around Bellevue and enjoyed the sunshine, had some great tea and yummy hummus, found some wonderful items to redecorate our apartment with, and I am about ready to take a nap!! Life is good!!
So, what did I eat yesterday and today? Not a whole lot!! I have not been very hungry to tell you the truth. I have lost about 10 pounds since last Monday's doctors appointment ( again, my scale could be lying, but I have been steadily losing weight since February or March about 30 pounds total so far). Two of the medicines that I am on can suppress your appetite and cause you to lose weight and one can cause you to gain weight, so between the three of them, drinking lots of water, walking a lot and this new diet, the weight is coming off rather quickly.
