After four days of making the morning smoothie, I think I have perfected it to my liking!!!

-also added a few of these for interest Omega 3 Munchies Bananna FlaxSeed Walnuts ( really good--also found during my trip to Market District
Lunch
flat out bread wrap
2 tsp of my favorite peanut butter replacement Better 'n Peanut Butter (found this stuff at Trader Joe's a few years ago and LOVE it--I actually introduced Leah to it on our trip to Right by Nature--guess we can learn from each other :)
1 small squeeze of organic raw honey
1 banana
1 c almond milk (cannot have a peanut butter sandwich without milk, even though it is not the real thing, but just as good, and better for you :)
Snack
2 apples
leftover kale chips
Dinner

Today is William Shakespeare's 446th birthday, and since I love him, and love to act, I will be eating at Te Cafe tonight for Shakespeare Sonnet O Thon/ Bring Your Own Bard

BTW--dinner tonight was Summer Veggie Rolls with Thai Peanut sauce and a pot of caffeine free chocolate mint tea--SO YUMMY. The event was also a blast!!
